Atlas is FlowIQ Technologies' governed intelligence and advisory capability inside Mission Control. It is designed to help operators understand context, surface what matters, and reason about consequence.
Advisory intelligence and consequential execution are intentionally separated. Guidance does not become action on its own, and authorized human approval remains required for sensitive operations.
This boundary is a design position, not a limitation to be removed later. Governance is only meaningful when the point of authorization stays with accountable people.

Mission Control observes and governs across systems. It does not attempt to replace them.
FlowIQOne remains authoritative for operational execution and business truth. FlowIQ Sentinel remains authoritative for assurance signals and evidence about the software behind the work. Future managed systems will hold the same position for their own domains.

Authorized operator access
Access is granted, not requested.
Mission Control operates with its own identity and authorization boundary, independent of the public website and of the systems it governs. Roles and permissions determine what an operator can see and what an operator can do.
There is no public self-registration. Access is provisioned for authorized operators only, and available authentication methods may change as the product matures.
