FlowIQ Mission Control Privacy

This notice applies to the FlowIQ Mission Control product at internal.flowiqtechnologies.com and to related authenticated Mission Control services and APIs. The privacy notice for the FlowIQ Technologies public marketing website remains at Privacy. A separate customer agreement may add to or supersede parts of this notice for a specific customer relationship. The terms governing use of the product are described in the FlowIQ Mission Control Terms.

FlowIQ Technologies operates FlowIQ Mission Control, an operational governance platform.

Mission Control may process name, email address, authentication and provider identifiers, operator and organization membership, roles and permissions, and the authentication and security metadata needed to authenticate and authorize access.

When Google sign-in is used, Mission Control receives basic account identity information — such as email and profile information — through Google OAuth. Mission Control does not receive your Google password, and normal sign-in does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google services.

Service identities and API credentials may also be represented for authorized machine-to-machine integrations.

Mission Control may process managed system, environment, and operating mode identifiers, together with governance records such as releases, risks, roadmaps, decisions, continuity information, findings, recommendations, audit and activity records, and institutional knowledge where an environment is configured to hold it. The capabilities that are active for a given customer or environment depend on how that environment is configured.

Where authorized, Mission Control may process normalized or cached observations drawn from managed systems such as FlowIQOne, FlowIQ Sentinel, and future managed systems, so that oversight and governance can be exercised with context.

Managed systems remain authoritative for their own runtime, customer, and business truth. Observations held in Mission Control support oversight and governance rather than replacing those systems as the source of record.

Authorized operators may configure third-party providers and integrations. Mission Control may process provider account metadata, connection configuration, validation results, and data returned by those providers.

Sensitive provider credentials and secrets are used only to operate authorized integrations and are not intended to be exposed back in plaintext after secure storage and handling.

Browser, device, network, and request information, application and security logs, error information, session information, and audit records may be processed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and investigate the service.

Information is used to authenticate and authorize operators; to provide governance, oversight, and intelligence functions; to operate authorized integrations; to produce and preserve audit and evidence records; to secure and investigate the service; to support operators; to maintain reliability; and to comply with legal obligations.

FlowIQ Technologies does not sell personal information and does not use Mission Control data for third-party advertising.

Information may be shared with service providers that host, support, authenticate, deliver, or secure the service on our behalf; with the providers and integrations a customer configures; and when disclosure is required by law or to protect safety. Information may also be transferred as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this notice.

Customers and authorized operators are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to connect and manage the systems they configure, to access the operational information they view, and to submit the governance and institutional knowledge they record in Mission Control.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve governed operational and audit evidence, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention may vary by record type, service configuration, and applicable agreement.

Mission Control is operated with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, and protected handling of secrets. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Requests may be subject to legal, contractual, and governed audit evidence obligations, and to the authority of your organization's customer administrators where applicable.

Mission Control is a business software service and is not directed to children.

We may update this notice as Mission Control and our services evolve. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change.
