FlowIQ Mission Control Terms

These terms govern access to and use of FlowIQ Mission Control. Where a separate signed agreement or order applies to your use of Mission Control, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.

About these terms

By accessing or using FlowIQ Mission Control, you agree to these terms unless a separate signed agreement governs your use. If a separate signed agreement applies, it controls to the extent of any conflict with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Mission Control is an operational governance platform designed to provide authorized oversight of managed systems, governed operational context, governance records, institutional knowledge, advisory intelligence, and — where configured — governed actions. Not every capability is active or available in every environment or for every customer.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent.

Accounts and authentication

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity that occurs under it. Google may be offered as an authentication method; when it is used, Mission Control does not receive your Google password. Other approved authentication methods may be offered in the future. Mission Control does not offer public self-registration, and access is provisioned for authorized operators.

Authorized use

You may use Mission Control only for lawful internal and business operational governance purposes, and only for systems, environments, and information that you or your organization are authorized to access, manage, or govern.

Prohibited use

You may not: gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access; abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service; share credentials in violation of these terms; circumvent access controls or approval requirements; use the service for illegal purposes; scrape or overload the service; or attempt to extract secrets or compromise Mission Control or its users.

Managed-system and command authorization

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect, observe, and manage the target systems and environments you configure. Approvals, roles, and permissions must be used as intended and must not be bypassed. Access to Mission Control is not, by itself, authorization to modify third-party or customer systems.

Third-party services and integrations

Third-party providers are governed by their own terms and policies. FlowIQ Technologies does not control the availability or content of third-party services, and integration behavior may change as those services evolve.

Intelligence and advisory limitations

Recommendations, summaries, and other intelligence produced within Mission Control are decision support, not guarantees. Advisory intelligence and consequential execution are intentionally separated, and authorized people remain responsible for consequential decisions and their outcomes.

Operational and governance limitations

Observations and governance records depend on the sources you configure, the availability of those sources, and the information supplied to the service. The absence of a finding or signal is not a guarantee that every failure, risk, or issue has been detected. You remain responsible for maintaining independent controls.

Customer data, observations, and audit evidence

You and your organization retain your rights in the data you submit or connect to Mission Control. You grant FlowIQ Technologies the limited rights needed to process that data in order to provide, secure, and support the service. Managed-system observations, governance records, and audit evidence may need to be retained consistent with service configuration, any applicable agreement, and legal obligations.

Intellectual property

FlowIQ Technologies owns the Mission Control software, design, documentation, marks, and platform materials. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those materials to you.

Feedback

If you provide feedback about Mission Control, we may use it to improve our products without obligation to you. This does not give us ownership of your confidential information.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

The service may evolve over time. Access may be suspended or limited for security reasons, abuse, legal risk, nonpayment where applicable, or material breach of these terms. Where a separate signed agreement applies, it governs termination.

Disclaimers

The service is provided subject to any applicable agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all failures, risks, or issues will be detected.

Limitation and separate agreements

Where a signed agreement allocates liability between the parties, that allocation controls. Where no signed agreement applies, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Our handling of information in connection with Mission Control is described in the FlowIQ Mission Control Privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Mission Control and our services evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
