About these terms

By accessing or using FlowIQ Sentinel, you agree to these terms unless a separate signed agreement governs your use. If a separate signed agreement applies, it controls to the extent of any conflict with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Sentinel is an operational assurance platform designed to help authorized operators evaluate software, products, environments, dependencies, and journeys, and to preserve related operational evidence. Not every capability is active or available in every customer environment.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent.

Accounts, Google sign-in, and service identities

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the activity that occurs under it. Google may be offered as an authentication method; when it is used, Sentinel does not receive your Google password. Machine and service identities and API credentials must be used only by authorized systems and must be protected appropriately.

Authorized use

You may use Sentinel only for lawful internal and business operational assurance purposes, and only for systems and data that you or your organization are authorized to monitor or connect.

Prohibited use

You may not: gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access; abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service; share credentials in violation of these terms; circumvent access controls; test systems in a malicious or harmful manner without permission; use the service for illegal purposes; scrape or overload the service; or attempt to extract secrets or compromise Sentinel or its users.

Monitoring and integration authorization

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect third-party providers, submit URLs, endpoints, and configuration, permit probes, validation, and manual tests when enabled, and supply operational data to Sentinel. Access to Sentinel is not permission to monitor third-party systems without authorization.

Third-party services and integrations

Third-party providers are governed by their own terms and policies. FlowIQ Technologies does not control the availability or content of third-party services, and integration behavior may change as those services evolve.

Operational assurance limitations

Sentinel provides evidence, signals, and assessments based on the sources you configure and the data available to it. The absence of a finding is not a guarantee of availability, security, compliance, correctness, or any business outcome. You remain responsible for your operational decisions and for maintaining independent controls.

Customer data and operational evidence

You and your organization retain your rights in the data you submit or connect to Sentinel. You grant FlowIQ Technologies the limited rights needed to process that data in order to provide, secure, and support the service. Governed evidence and audit records may need to be retained consistent with service configuration, any applicable agreement, and legal obligations.

Intellectual property

FlowIQ Technologies owns the Sentinel software, design, documentation, marks, and platform materials. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those materials to you.

Feedback

If you provide feedback about Sentinel, we may use it to improve our products without obligation to you. This does not give us ownership of your confidential information.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

The service may evolve over time. Access may be suspended or limited for security reasons, abuse, legal risk, nonpayment where applicable, or material breach of these terms. Where a separate signed agreement applies, it governs termination.

Disclaimers

The service is provided subject to any applicable agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all failures, threats, or issues will be detected.

Limitation and separate agreements

Where a signed agreement allocates liability between the parties, that allocation controls. Where no signed agreement applies, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Our handling of information in connection with Sentinel is described in the FlowIQ Sentinel Privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Sentinel and our services evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
