FlowIQ Sentinel Privacy

This notice applies to the FlowIQ Sentinel product at sentinel.flowiqtechnologies.com and to related authenticated Sentinel services and APIs. The privacy notice for the FlowIQ Technologies public marketing website remains at Privacy. A separate customer agreement may add to or supersede parts of this notice for a specific customer relationship.

FlowIQ Technologies operates FlowIQ Sentinel, an operational assurance platform.

Sentinel may process name, email address, authentication and provider identifiers, account and organization membership, roles and permissions, and the authentication and security metadata needed to authenticate and authorize access.

When Google sign-in is used, Sentinel receives basic account identity information — such as email and profile information — through Google OAuth. Sentinel does not receive your Google password, and sign-in does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google services.

Service identities and API credentials may also be represented for authorized machine-to-machine integrations.

Sentinel may process monitored product and environment identifiers, availability and health observations, journey, contract, dependency, and release metadata, findings, incidents, evidence, timestamps, evaluation results, and related operational records needed to provide Operational Heartbeat and assurance functions. The capabilities that are active for a given customer or environment depend on how that environment is configured.

Authorized users may configure third-party monitoring and integration providers. Sentinel may process provider account metadata, connection configuration, validation results, and data returned by those providers.

Sensitive provider credentials and secrets are used only to operate authorized integrations and are not intended to be exposed back in plaintext after secure storage and handling.

Browser, device, network, and request information, application and security logs, error information, session information, and audit records may be processed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and investigate the service.

Information is used to authenticate and authorize users; to operate Sentinel; to produce and preserve assurance evidence; to validate integrations; to secure and investigate the service; to support users; to maintain reliability; and to comply with legal obligations.

FlowIQ Technologies does not sell personal information and does not use Sentinel data for third-party advertising.

Information may be shared with service providers that host, support, authenticate, deliver, or secure the service on our behalf; with the providers and integrations a customer configures; and when disclosure is required by law or to protect safety. Information may also be transferred as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this notice.

Customers and authorized operators are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to connect providers, configure monitoring, submit operational data, and permit Sentinel to evaluate the systems and endpoints they configure.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve governed operational and audit evidence, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention may vary by record type, service configuration, and applicable agreement.

Sentinel is operated with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, and protected handling of secrets. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Requests may be subject to legal, contractual, and operational evidence obligations, and to the authority of your organization's customer administrators.

Sentinel is a business software service and is not directed to children.

We may update this notice as Sentinel and our services evolve. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change.
